 Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes, held at Fitness Alive Center City, are open to members and nonmembers alike.

Class Descriptions + Schedule

On the Top is a circuit-based water-and-land class. Expect swimming, running in the water, bodyweight exercises and plyo in the water and on dry land. Day + Time: Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m.

Resistance + Reps is not a swimmers’ class, but it’s one hell of a workout — think boot camp in the water. You’ll use tools like paddles, noodles and even medicine balls to create resistance. Day + Time: Wednesdays, 12-1 p.m. 

amWrap is a race against yourself and others to do as many water rounds (get it?) as possible. It’s a true swim practice combined with cross-training in and out of the water. Day + Time: Fridays, 6:30-7:30 a.m.

Lap Swimming Members: Unlimited monthly classes included in membership at no extra charge. Learn about memberships here.
