+ Fall + Spring Sessions

Fitness Alive has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via our Cancellation Form.

• Early cancellation with at least 24 hours notice - Eligible for a makeup.
• Late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows - Not eligible for a makeup.

Spring Session swimmers get up to 4 makeups for early canceled lessons; Fall Session swimmers get 3 makeups for early canceled lessons.

Sick Policy: If you are sick, stay home! Visibly ill clients will be asked to leave at Fitness Alive's discretion and your appointment will be considered a late cancellation, with no return of prepaid credit.

+ Drop-in Swim Lessons

Fitness Alive has a 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Early cancellation with at least 24 hours notice - prepaid credit placed back on client account for future use.
• Late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows - prepaid credit charged and no refund.

Drop-in swimmers can self-cancel through our Mindbody website here, as long as you are doing so with at least 24-hours notice. If you are attempting to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, this is considered a late cancellation (see above) and you will be charged for the service in full.

+ Narwhals Clinics

Written cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice of clinic start date. Clinic credits will go back on your account for future use but will not be refunded.
