For swimmers with weekly recurring bookings who pay monthly tuition

Our Cancellation Policies
+ Weekly Bookings for Fall, Spring & Summer Sessions
Fitness Alive has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Early cancellation with at least 24 hours notice - Eligible for a make-up.
- Late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows - Not eligible for a make-up.
Each session is allotted a certain number of make-ups determined by the session length. Please see the Session Info Page for more details.
Sick Policy: If you are sick, stay home! Visibly ill clients will be asked to leave at Fitness Alive's discretion and your appointment will be considered a late cancellation, with no return of prepaid credit.
How to Cancel: You submit a request here and we cancel for you. If you are early canceled, you will be sent a link to schedule a make-up in your cancellation confirmation email.
+ Drop-in Lessons
Fitness Alive has a 24-hour cancellation policy.
- Early cancellation with at least 24 hours notice - Your prepaid credit will go back on your account so you can book a new swim time.
- Late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows - Your prepaid credit will be charged in full and you will not receive a refund or ability to rebook.
Sick Policy: If you are sick, stay home! Visibly ill clients will be asked to leave at Fitness Alive's discretion and your appointment will be considered a late cancellation, with no return of prepaid credit.

+ Day-Off Camps
Fitness Alive has a two-week cancellation policy for Day-Off Camps:
- Cancel with at least 2 weeks notice ahead of camp date: Full refund
- Cancel with less than 2 weeks notice ahead of camp date: No refund
- No show: No refund
Sick policy: If your child is sick, please reach out to us at camp@fitnessalivephilly.com so we can make an accommodation for an account credit to use for a future service. We may ask for a doctor's note.
What if school closes early/unexpectedly/inclement weather? In some cases, particularly with inclement weather, we will also be closed. If closed, we will give you a full refund.

+ Summer Camps
Cancellation Policy
If you need cancel your child's camp enrollment, you must do so in writing to camp@fitnessalivephilly.com. You will not be charged any future payments owed; however, refunds will not be given for any payments already made.
** Therefore, if you need to withdraw your child from camp, you should do so before the balance paydates below so that you are not charged.**
The balance payment schedule is:
- June Camps: Balance due June 1
- July Camps: Balance due July 1
Enrollment Change + Sick Policy
If you need to change your camp dates after you register, we can make accommodations as long as there is space available in a different week. Please email us ASAP at camp@fitnessalivephilly.com to inquire.
If your child becomes ill and cannot participate in camp, we may be able to offer you enrollment in a different camp week, or a credit to use for a future camp (including Day-Off Camps). We may ask for a doctor's note in this case. Email us at camp@fitnessalivephilly.com.

+ Aftercare
Cancellation / Missed Week Policies:
If a child does not attend a day or leaves early from after care, those days are not refundable nor are we able to provide make-up days.
If Fitness Alive cancels for any reason (i.e. inclement weather, facility emergency, etc.) or if the School District has an unscheduled closure, we will notify parents via email and post on our website. You will be prorated or refunded for these days.
If you cancel your enrollment before the school year begins, you will lose your deposit but incur no further charges.
If you need to cancel your enrollment after the school year begins, we require 15 days written notice of cancellation. You will be charged whatever cost occurs within those 15 days.
+ Lap Swimming
All lap lanes must be booked in advanced through our online system. Cancellations made within less than 12 hours of your scheduled lane reservation, or no-shows, will be subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
+ Fitness Clases
There are no refunds for class cards or unused class credits. In addition, due to the limited swimmer capacity, the following cancellation policies will be strictly enforced:
Cancellation with at least 12 hours notice - no additional charge (prepaid class credit, placed back on account for future use). To cancel your class reservation, log in to your Mindbody account and cancel from your Schedule tab. Or, cancel from the Mindbody app.
Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice - class credit charged and no refund. Lap Members will be charged a $5 late-cancel fee for group fitness classes.
No-shows - class credit charged and no refund. Lap Members will be charged a $5 no-show fee for group fitness classes.
+ Adult Swim Classes / Open Practice
Fitness Alive has a 24-hour cancellation policy. No exceptions.
There are no refunds for class cards or unused class credits. You can cancel your reservation through your Mindbody profile or in the Mindbody App.
The following cancellation policies are strictly enforced:
Cancellation with at least 24 hours notice - no additional charge (prepaid class credit placed back on account for future use).
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice - class credit charged and no refund.
No-shows - class credit charged and no refund.
+ Baby Bubbles
There are no refunds for this class. In addition, Fitness Alive has a 24-hour cancellation policy:
- Cancellation with at least 24 hours notice - no additional charge (prepaid class credit, placed back on account for future use)
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows - class credit charged and no refund.
