DROP-IN cancellations

Fitness Alive has a 24-hour cancellation policy:

• Early cancellation with at least 24 hours notice - Your prepaid credit will go back on your account so you can book a new swim time.

• Late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows - Your prepaid credit will be charged in full and you will not receive a refund or ability to rebook.

How to Early Cancel Your Own Sessions:

You can self-cancel through our Mindbody website as long as you are doing so with at least 24-hours notice.

1. Log in to your Mindbody account HERE

2. Next, if you have family members registered with us, you may see a screen that says “Booking for…” with a choice of names.

   • If you booked the lesson under your child’s name, choose their name to view their schedule.

   • If you booked under your own name, click your name.

3. Finally, under the My Info tab at the top right, click My Schedule. Click Cancel to cancel your appointment.

If there is no Cancel button visible, it means you are trying to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, which is not allowable.
