Here’s what’s on tap. All classes are held at our warm and spacious Center City pool:
WATER AEROBICS
• Mon, Wed, Fri at 10:15-11:15am
• Wed @ 6-7pm
• Sat @ 10-11am
About the class: Burn and tone! We utilize tools such as paddles, dumbbells, pool noodles, and more to create resistance in the water. The goal is to improve flexibility, build strength, increase range of motion, and improve muscular endurance for a low-impact, head-to-toe workout. This class is for all ages and abilities. No swim experience needed!
LAP SWIMMING FOR FITNESS
• Tues + Thurs @ 7-8pm
About the class: Interested in lap swimming but aren’t sure how to write a workout? Or can’t find the motivation to swim solo? This is the class for you! We will coach you through yardage-focused workouts with an eye to endurance and speed. You’ll get motivation from a coach and peers, plus a new workout each week, to help you become a strong, confident lap swimmer.
First timers can book for $10! Or, use the code FIT5 anytime to take $5 off a drop-in. And as always, lap swim members can book any fitness class for freeeeeeeee!
