In-Water Interviews at Fitness Alive

Thanks for your interest in working at Fitness Alive! See our upcoming dates for in-water interviews for potential new hires. To continue with the hiring process, you must select one of the following dates and times to complete an in-water interview. If you cannot make any of the dates, you will need to wait until the next round of hiring.

At your interview you should expect the following:

  1. 30-minute interview with Andrea Berger, our Aquatic Operations Director

  2. 30-minute private lesson with a client, under management supervision

  3. 10-15 minute post-lesson debrief

If you pass this interview phase, you will be invited to become a Fitness Alive swim instructor.
