+ How Scheduling Works

Drop-in lessons are available when our regular clients cancel. That means days and times vary from week to week, so check back often.

Appointments are available for booking up to 7 days in advance.

Note: Drop-in semiprivate lessons are for siblings or spouses only. We cannot accommodate semiprivate drop-ins among friends.

You will prepay for your swim lesson in full at booking. If you decide you need to cancel your swim lesson, you can self-cancel with at least 24 hours notice through our Mindbody Website, and your prepaid credit back on your account for future use. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, this is a late cancel, and you will not receive your credit back for future use. See the Cancellation Policies section below for more.

As some of our coaches do not work with adult swimmers, there are separate booking portals for Adults and Children. Please use the correct portal based on who you are booking for. Click the Book Now button above to get started.

+ Age Requirements

Drop-in swim lessons are available for swimmers ages 3 to adult of all skill abilities.

Swimmers younger than age 3 cannot participate in drop-in private or semiprivate swim lessons. If a swimmer arrives who is younger than 3, we reserve the right to cancel your lesson on site, with no refund of prepaid credits. For appropriate services for little ones, go here.

+ Pricing

• Private (1:1) Swim Lessons: $65 per half hour
• Semiprivate (2:1) Swim Lessons: $55 per swimmer per half hour ($110 total)

We also offer 4-packs for bulk discounts.

Remember, swimmers must be at least 3 years old to participate in our drop-in lessons. If a swimmer is younger than 3, we may cancel your lesson on site, with no refund of prepaid credits.

Semiprivate lessons are most successful when swimmers are of the same age and ability level. If you choose to do a semiprivate with a two swimmers who are not compatible in these areas, please understand that the lesson will be paced according to the less-skilled swimmer.

+ Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds on prepaid swim credits.

Fitness Alive has a 24-hour cancellation policy:

• Early cancellation with at least 24 hours notice - Your credit will go back on your account so you can book a new swim time.

• Late cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows - Your credit will be charged and you will not receive a refund or ability to rebook.
