FITNESS ALIVE & OUTDOOR AFRO SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Fitness Alive is pleased to partner with Outdoor Afro to provide limited scholarships for our Level 1 and Level 2 Adult Intensive Swim Classes.

Scholarship recipients may be awarded 1 scholarship per calendar year to pay for a four-week Adult Intensive Swim Class. At this time, scholarships cannot be used for other Fitness Alive services.

Please follow the steps below to apply for a scholarship.

Step 1: View Our Current Class Schedule

Before applying for a scholarship, check our Adult Intensive class schedule to ensure an upcoming class works with your schedule and fits your needs. Scholarships may only be used for Level 1 and Level 2 classes.

If none of the upcoming classes work with your schedule, please do not apply for a scholarship at this time. We add new classes at the beginning of each season (in January for Spring, in May for Summer, and in September for Fall) so you can check back then for more class options.

Step 3: Request Your Class

Online self-booking is not currently available for those using scholarship funds. Instead, we will need to book for you.

Only complete the form below AFTER applying for the scholarship above. Our scholarship coordinator will receive your form submission and will reach out to you with any further questions for booking.
