Hey, Fall swimmers!

This is your final reminder to get your Fall Session makeups completed before the end of the session on Sunday, 12/19. You've got just under two weeks to get 'em done!

Unfortunately we will not be able to provide makeups after this date, and for good reason: Both of our facilities will be undergoing maintenance work during the session break, and work at both pools begins 12/20.

If you know you will miss a date between now and the end of the session, go ahead and cancel it now so you can do a makeup ahead of time. As a reminder, you were provided 3 makeup credits this session to be used for early-canceled lessons or classes (i.e. those for which we receive at least 12 hours written notice). All cancellations must come through our online Cancellation Form. You can review our cancellation and makeup policies here.

Refunds or credits will not be given for unused or unscheduled makeups. If you have a question about an outstanding makeup, please contact Dia and Andrea at appointments@fitnessalivephilly.com.
