Whether you grew up without access to swim lessons, had negative experiences around water, or are simply ready to build confidence, this 90-minute clinic is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Our Community Water Safety Clinic is a low-cost, trauma-informed introduction to the essential skills every adult deserves to know in order to feel safer and more empowered in and around the water. This program is specifically created for adults who have little to no formal swim experience — and who may be navigating long-held fears or generational barriers to learning.
At Fitness Alive, we believe water safety is a matter of equity, access, and dignity. With cultural awareness, our instructors create a supportive, judgment-free environment where every participant is encouraged to move at their own pace.
